Our Ericsson Early Career Program is a flagship initiative that has helped launch the careers of many successful executive leaders over the past 25 years. As a participant, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of shaping the future of technology for people, societies, industries, and even humanity. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll rotate through three different roles and take part in a variety of hands-on learning experiences, gaining valuable international exposure that will accelerate your career.
Through our structured leadership development program, set in a multicultural environment, and with personalized development plans, you’ll have the support you need to grow as a future leader. And beyond that, you’ll become part of a global network of peers and colleagues to learn from, share experiences with, and collaborate on exciting challenges
