The program aims to speed up young potentials development, preparing you for a future managerial career in an international environment. The programme is a cross functional cooperation to let you exchange experience and learnings that will provide you with a network and a large knowledge about Scania and TRATON GROUP.
Scania Engineer and Tech Program
Do you want to proceed a technical career and develop fast in a multicultural company?
Scania Engineer and Tech Program gives you, who recent graduate with a BSc or MSc in engineering and system, a head start and lays a foundation for a career as a specialist in production, logistics, systems- or software development.
Do you want to work with the latest technical innovations and, at the same time, help to create a more sustainable world. At Scania we call this Driving the Shift. This means that we play a leading role in developing climate-smart solutions by creating sustainable, environmentally friendly products, including, for example, our electrification initiative and our development of existing technologies to set new standards for emissions and efficiency.
